A celebration of the plant community growing beneath and among the aspen poplars. Close-up photos of flowers, blooming shrubs, and wild berries.
I grew up on an Alberta farm, enjoyed my Mom's flower garden and all the beautiful things my parents pointed out to me around us. (Both of them were artists.) I am a teacher by profession and a hobby artist and photographer - as I have always been, a collector and celebrator of what is beautiful.Tops on my list, next to people, is light and music. My camera in hand I go seeking for the wonderful dance of light and water and growing things. And in it all, I believe that God shines in all that is good. Worth celebrating!
