Bjarki Reyr completed a three year photojournalism/fine-art photography degree in Melbourne, Australia in 2000, based there for 6 years. Freelancing in Iceland since 2003.
Travelled and photographed: Extensively in Australia and Iceland, also: Namibia, Greenland, Switzerland, Czech Republic, USA, UK, Wales and Thailand.
He has had a number of private and joint exhibitions, both in Iceland and Australia.
Bjarki Reyr has also worked with several photographers who come to Iceland on assignment, including Jonas Bendiksen, Smari and Mary Ellen Mark.
