Growing up as an Air Force military brat, Charlotte lived on 4 continents. With each new country she became aware of the differences of light and landscapes. "Pastel is the perfect medium to portray the emotions of the landscpe." Charlotte retired to the Mariposa area near Yosemite. She and her husband share their lives with their parrots, dogs, chickens, turtles and fish. Charlotte and her photographer husband are active in the art community in the Mariposa and Oakhurst area.
