About the Book
The photographer behind this book spends her vacations in museums, battle grounds, and historical landmarks. As a history buff, it only makes sense to kill two birds with one stone as she learns about her country's history while taking an array of photographs. Particularly interested in landscapes and abandoned locations, you'll notice that her photographs don't often include people in them, and that's not an accident (with the exception of a few because it's inevitable or just plain hilarious). Fort Adams in Newport, Rhode Island was Thanksgiving Break's vacation, so instead of gathering around a turkey, she was crawling through underground tunnels and posing in century old cannons.
