Over two days in December 2014 Richard created the images of The Locals of Frankston.
This book is a tribute to the locals of Frankston & was created to celebrate the Locals of Frankston photographic exhibition which will be shown at The Frankston Arts Centre; 14 May - 27 June 2015.

About the Creator
Richard has been working as a photographer in Australia, USA & UK for twenty five years. He has met & photographed everyone from Nelson Mandela, Audrey Hepburn & Gregory Peck to Michael Jackson, Oprah Winfrey & Brad Pitt. In 2004 he was a finalist in the Australian Photographic Portrait Prize. He is the best selling author of numerous books such as Australian Legends – People whose story we should know (2005), Richard & Famous – Twenty years of meeting & snapping the stars (2007) & 100 Australian Legends – The people who shaped a nation (2014). His photographic exhibition; Richard & Famous has been shown in galleries all around the including; Australia, Lithuania, England, Poland, & Spain, the exhibition has been curated by legendary photographers such as Martin Parr & Joan Fontcuberta. In 2013 he was nominated for the prestigious Deutsche Börse Photography Prize. The Prize aims to reward a living photographer who has made the most significant contribution to the medium of photography
