About the Book
Dear She is a project which focuses on female body image and self confidence. But more importantly, it is a project in learning to love yourself. Dear She was created so women of all ages could come together on the issues of self worth. To open a dialogue across generations. To provide a safe place for expression and healing. And to start to change the way we see ourselves and the way we see low self worth. Women were asked to write an anonymous love letter to themselves. The letter’s all start with “dear she” and end with “love me” and the rest was up to them. This book is a collection of those letters. Each letter is as unique as the woman that wrote it. 75 women from age 12 to 75 take you on an uninhibited journey though their struggles with self acceptance. Within these pages they can be honest, open, and brave. And they can begin to learn to love themselves.
