About the Creator
In 2001, Tim Stock and Marie Lena Tupot co-founded scenarioDNA, an innovation consultancy in New York City. Together, they co-authored its patented culture mapping methodology, and lead a team of anthropologists and data scientists using the approach to solve a broad range of brand, service and design problems for leading companies such as Nike, IKEA, Russian Standard Vodka and Verizon. Recent initiatives are in the areas of education, politics, entertainment and healthcare. Tim also teaches classes in culturomics and trend analysis at Parsons the New School for Design, and is a participating faculty member with the Hong Kong Design Centre’s Institute of Design Knowledge. He received his MA in Cinema Studies/Semiotics from New York University. Marie’s background is in trend forecasting. She went to FIT/SUNY, where she once was an adjunct market research professor. scenarioDNA collaborates with creative technologists Jonathan Cousins and Nick Sears of Cousins & Sears, Brooklyn, NY.
