About the Ebook
I have two beautiful kitchens, one in Richmond, where I cook seasonal dishes for my family, as well as making homemade liqueurs and preserves. The other is in Brittany, France. The house is moments from the beach and local fields are full of gorgeous vegetables, such as artichokes, carrots, cauliflower and potatoes. There I prepare seafood and seasonal vegetables for both family and friends, using the amazing local produce, garden herbs and foraged flavours.
