About the Book
ALL PROFIT FROM THE SALE OF THIS BOOK WILL GO TO THE SANDRA SCHMIRLER FOUNDATION CHARITY FOR NEONATAL CARE.
This is a book about Canadian women, women who are the champions of the sport of curling.
The book contains 291 photographs in full color from the 2009 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Victoria, B.C. Jennifer Jones and Team Canada and 11 other teams competed. There are 120 pages of photographs, 291 in all. There are many photos off-ice as well as the curling action from each draw. Other photos are from the teams’ special moments with each other and their families. You won't see many of these pictures anywhere else. All are high-quality; we use LEICA cameras and lenses for the best possible photo brilliance and sharpness.
The book can be ordered in hard- or soft-cover, and is shipped to you directly from the printer.

Hi. I'm Larry Christopher. I am 66 years old, and have been taking pictures most of my life. I come from a family of photographers, both my Dad and my brother having great influence on me. I live in fabulous Surrey, British Columbia where one learns to take pictures outdoors even on rainy days. Members of my family include my mother Alice, my son and his wife Rob and Liz, and my dayghter Teresa. Thanks to them I also have two wonderful grandchildren Aidan and Adam, and a good friend Desirae. My wife Carol has been a great help and partner to me since 1965. I use Leica amd Nikon equipment, I no longer use film as much, but I will continue to use it for as long as it (and I) last. Long live the crow. Contact email@example.com.
