In addition to a wide variety of menu options, there are also tips and techniques that our family uses on a daily basis to make living with food allergies easier on us and those around us. Whether it’s surviving dining out, attending birthday parties, or eating a simple family dinner, every day can be special. I try to illustrate that despite the challenges that come with food allergies, life can definitely be delectable!
Kathryn Yarris is a dedicated wife and mother of two wonderful children. She has always loved cooking, but for years was intimidated by cooking the same menu for the entire family. Eventually, she combined her love of family and love of cooking to make life as normal as possible for her family, despite her son’s food allergies. Creativity, a positive attitude, and careful planning help make that a reality. Kathryn lives in Southern New Hampshire.
