About the Book
Despite his membership in high society and top marks at one of England's most prestigious institutions, James cannot find happiness in a world that will not accept him no matter the amount of good form he presents. Though he faces each day with renewed hope that his peers may forgive his socially-unacceptable flaws, those blemishes prove too shameful for them to overlook.
Because of this, he readily accepts the change when he is brought to an island completely dissimilar to his former lifestyle in every way. There, he discovers the opportunity to find that which he has longed for—acceptance, kindness, love. And while this new world does not come without its dangers and challenges, life in England could never compare to life in the Neverland. For the first time, James finds the good form he has always displayed returned to him.
