About the Book
The photographs presented in this book are a sampling of my favourite images culled from travels, my home and from walks through the city.
The advance of digital photography and the Internet now provide infinite possibilities for anyone with a camera. These technologies rekindled my desire to look at the world around me more closely.
The real subject of many of these photographs is the fleeting quality of light - the way it can transform familiar elements of daily life.
These photos were first published online in my virtual gallery on Flickr.com, under the moniker ¨Franglo.¨ It has been a great pleasure to assemble them into a book format to share here.
