We first joined the world wide web in the year 2000 with a family website and this is where Cassie's Diary was first published.

By having our family website, this led to me being employed part-time and becoming involved in various local community websites, which included a local junior school, involving the children with creating and re-designing their school website, coming up with ideas by making it more interesting to both children and adults.

I was also involved in a local council website, responsible for creating,designing the website, editing and uploading updated content and also showing staff how they can update their own website by uploading content to the internet.
