About the Book
Passionate about photography, Marc Funkleder has developed a special talent to catch details that once shot look like abstract paintings. Landscapes and urban photography are his favorites in his quest to open our eyes to a new way of seeing familiar things.
In this exhibition, Urban Photography, the symmetrical composition of buildings magnifies the original intent of the architect who first drew the lines. The choice of monochrome picture forces us to concentrate on the geometry itself without being distracted by colors. The versatility of the pictures and possibility to play with different orientations gives us a role to play in the artistic composition, which is uncommon and to be noticed.
