The rules were simple. Turned loose on one street in downtown Omaha with a 28mm wide angle lens, the photographer had to shoot a series of images that together paint a picture of a winter city neighborhood. The results were dynamic, from the closest level of discarded trash in a back alley, to sprawling cityscapes and decaying sign Mr. Anderson has captured something truly remarkable.
