About the Book
Kaitlin is a graphic designer who works in the Washington, D.C. area. Her passion for the design industry is paralleled by a love of food, cooking and culture. Her first cookbook "I Nengkanno' Guåhan: The Food of Guam" was recognized as "Best Culinary Heritage Book in the World" by Gourmand International for the 2016 publishing year. With this accomplishment, Kaitlin plans to continue work on a second edition and expand upon the country's unique gastronomy.
