About the Book
Beautiful ethereal images fill this new fine art photography book by Julie Ann York. This image collection came out of a retrospective examination of forty years of photographic artwork and the memories embodied in it.
The photos were chosen from files full of Kodachrome transparencies and then transformed by employing the polaroid emulsion lift technique. The soft poetic result is reminiscent of delicate silk scarves billowing in the wind.
