About the Book
Islay and Jura are the two southernmost islands of the Scottish Inner Hebrides.
Although both islands are not the most famous parts of Scotland when it comes to tourism, both are perfect holiday locations which offer a variety of activities.
But the most important factor for people visiting the islands seems to be whisky. Islay is home to eight working distilleries and even the 180 people living on Jura have their own distillery. Among them are famous names as Laphroaig or Lagavulin.
