LaLA cooking has been coined by Kristy in reference to her family-inspired cookbook debut that takes us from Louisiana to Los Angeles. The recipes are tried and true; and, world-renowned chef, John Besh, has given it his seal of approval in the Foreward. This is not meant to be a final product, but stands alone as a delicious offering. Friends and family of Kristy will appreciate the humor and history, as well as extended friends and family. It makes a great gift in its size and storytelling format.

It's my pleasure. I can't wait to compile the FULL LENGTH version. I made a Crawfish Cobbler the other night and it was yummy-licious! Stay tuned...

I cannot wait to get this cookbook....I remember you made the shrimp fettuccine recipe at my house a few years ago and it was soooo good. I look forward to making these yummy family-inspired recipes that we grew up with. Thanks for creating this for us all to enjoy! xoxo

This cookbook is such a great addition to any kitchen or bookshelf. It showcases recipes that are true to our Louisiana heritage and tradition but with a L.A. twist. Thank you so much for bringing such a fun cookbook into our home. I love the recipes and the photos bring back so many memories of our home and New Orleans roots.
