About the Creator
Walter Rieder operates the successful Culebra Divers. First educated as a banker in Switzerland, and then followed his first love, photography. He studied with world renowned Rene Groebli in Switzerland. He opened his own photo studio 1977, specialized in advertising and fashion, working for major companies and catalogs. He traveled to Africa: Kenya, Tanzania, Israel and Egypt. He visited also Sri Lanka and India, bringing home a lot of pictures. In 1970 he had begun to scuba dive and in 1982 he became a NAUI scuba instructor. He sold is photo studio in 1985 and during the period 1985-87 he traveld extensively throughout the USA, Canada and Mexico. His travel took him to Culebra Puerto Rico for the first time in 1987 where he established Culebra Divers. He does now freelance photography and heads up Culebra Divers.
