About the Book
The purpose of the Mindfulness Gratefulness Happiness Journal is to increase your awareness of all the goodness that is in your life so you can attract more of it. You begin with recording how you feel about life now, to get a starting point for your journey forward. Each journal entry begins with active happiness, this is where you will set your day’s intention or affirmation, goals, and rate your happiness level. As part of your morning routine, you can record any inspirational quote that speaks to you. The whole sum is to create your happiness potential for the day.
In the evening, you can reflect and record all the small and large blessings you experienced that day. You have an opportunity to record all that you’re grateful for along with what events inspired you to increase harmony and inner peace. The last section is a short record of who you helped that day. Having the opportunity to reach out and brighten someone’s day in small ways can dramatically improve your level of happiness, gratitude and awareness of good things.
The act itself is the important part not the grandeur of it.
After seven entries you will have an opportunity to summarise the best of all your entries onto one page. This is a recap of all the goodness you’ve recorded. It’s useful to collate all the special moments in one place for personal evidence of an abundant life. It might start off insignificant, but over time you will see that your life is changing, your awareness and attitude are more positive, and your focus is on creating positive experiences, not negative ones.
This journal contains 90 entries (3 months worth, if you write in it daily), and is intended to help you develop the habit of recording your blessings. After you have completed this book you can easily get another and continue on.
