About the Book
During her solo hiking and camping trip to the Faroe Islands Sibéal Turraoin was captivated by these islands, rising majestically from the sea, where the weather shapes the landscapes and the people. Capturing the customs, costumes, scenery and the wildlife, Føroyar is a snapshot of a proud nation that is travel's best kept secret.
