About the Book
This is my first Photography publication but I hope not the last.
It is mostly monochrome photographs of rusty old cars found on an Australian farm with a few other photos at the end of the book.
It is also dedicate to my Mum who died 25th December 2002.
I love doing Art and Photography and have done both from my early teens, however I had lost touch with it over the years due to life’s challenges and misdirection’s. I came across a quote by William Shakespeare the other day “The object of art is to give life a shape” and it made me feel like I needed to get back into it. I think I would also add my bit to that quote so that it reads “The object of art is to give life a shape & meaning” Through talking to other artists it seems when life lets you down they always have their art and that is true for me too, my work may not be the greatest but it’s my art and I feel good doing it and I know others like it too. “The object of art is to give life a shape & meaning”
