About the Book
Selfies Across Europe is a photographic journey that seeks to showcase modern societal trends. Through street photography captured throughout Europe in 2016, we see holidays the way people most often see them themselves, in their selfies. A portion of proceeds from the sales of this book will be donated to foundations dedicated to combatting epilepsy.
Features & Details
Chelsea London is a native New Yorker, and world traveller. Like many photographers, her passion began with film. Her best childhood memories consist of after school hours spent in her parents' darkroom, watching and absorbing the process from beginning to end. She attended Marymount Manhattan College on the Upper East Side where she studied communication arts and history. Her studies lead her to a career in film and television production, which allowed her to work with some of the most creative minds in New York, Seattle, Los Angeles, and London. Taking a break from production, she moved to Hamburg, Germany where she studied German and began to focus more intently on her original love - still photography. She and her like-minded husband are currently nomadic, moving from city to city as whims change and inspiration arise.
