About the Book
The first time I sat down and voluntarily spent four hours drawing random meandering lines and strokes of pen, colored pencils, markers, and gel pens, I felt a deep peace. I now pull out my art supplies anytime I need a release from everyday anxiety and stress. Following a line that I'm drawing across a page captures my full attention and cements me into the present moment. For that, I am endlessly grateful for the benefits of meditative drawing.
