In The Skin of a Nubian Princess is a series of several portfolios ( total of 84 photographs) narrating in image flanges the life of this Princess representing the contemporary and primitives sides of today’s Woman in us (the segment of life I wanted to explore is the one of a woman in her thirties), with her torments, her humanity, her experience, her fragility, her strength and her hidden sexuality, the fruit that still today seems to be taboo and forbidden.
Photographer specializing in artistic Nude, Portrait and Editorial, she studied photography from 1993 to 1995 at Dawson College in Montreal. After her studies she put her passion aside to raise her daughters. For the past three years, she revived the world of photography, allowing her to express again her passion through her art. Having developed a maturity and life experience during these twelve years, she is ready to live her passion for photography. She studied the world of digital photography for two years (although she first found outrageous the use of digital technology) and has now finally and happily switched to digital.
