I will tell you what i spent a year their in cottage 9 verry hard place in the mid 80 s it was set up on a points system 2150 points to get out allway staff on you hard to earn those points max 120 a week they would give you alot of point minus smokeing moderote 100 points fighting major they take all your points and send you to lock up for 2 plus weeks and then you start over at zero points allways fighting and alot of bad things happen their to alot of ppl verry over populaited dorms the worst was cottage 3 the willy m for ppl they said were slow or crazy
