I registered with this website only to write a comment. This book is as evocative as any 500 page New York Times best-seller, yet it has no text. It has something more powerful; one passionate person's vision, resplendent in the high resolution folds of these pages. I have been to the Swiss Alps and many of the vistas are similar, but none as poetic. Perhaps, here, in India, we live to live. Life in Ladakh is more about subsistence and hardship, but people's faces show creases of contentment and happiness. I have never been there, but this is what these pictures whisper into my ears, as my heart peers between the mountains and my spirit soars with those effervescent clouds...
