About the Book
The purpose of the “At Home Survival Guide” is to provide a simplistic resource, filled with foundational and pivotal, nutrition and wellness information. I initially made this for my clients who may need a guide when I'm not around. I am aware that everyone has their own learning style and this aims to serve as a readily available asset.
The AHSG strives to clarify and provide necessary information about areas such as: the importance of gut health and digestion, food combinations, nutrient absorption and superfood substitutes.
