Born in Rome, Alessia is an Italian photographer, photojournalist, and researcher in architecture and urban planning. After finishing her PhD studies in Urban and Landscape planning (Sapienza University of Rome, 2006), she worked for several national newspapers and magazines, as writer and photographer.
She cooperates with press and photo agencies, and publishing houses. Her images have been utilized in numerous advertising, fundraising and awareness campaigns of various social and academic institutions in the Italy.
She has been awarded with several prizes for her work, exhibited in many festivals and galleries. She founded in 2010 “Studio F11″ an indipendent Music Photo collective.

Currently she is based berween Rome (Italy) and Berlin (Germany) and collaborate with several photo agencies.
