Presented here is an outstanding collection of photographs of DuPont taken by North Carolina photographer Nolan Jones. 77 color images (plus one black and white).

A North Carolina native, Nolan Jones has been photographing the Southern Appalachians for 30 years. Having converted to digital in 2000, he currently shoots with Canon equipment. His photographic vision is to seek out, capture and interpret the dramatic light found in natural settings.

Nolan's book is a beautiful treatment of DuPont's waterfalls, many of which are very challenging to photograph. The photos in the bound book are much more dramatic than on this low resolution web preview. Highly recommended.
