About the Book
This book showcases Ricardo Vela's most recent artistic explorations that are expressed in acrylic on canvas. Ricardo Vela is a contemporary multimedia artist who is also an Emmy-winning news anchor, television producer, and journalist. Vela began taking photographs when he was just 8 years old, and has continued to follow that passion ever since. He has a gifted eye for composition, and his journalistic background serves him well, in the context that many of his photos, drawings and paintings have a distinctly allegorical sense to them.
