European rose gardens, plentiful, gorgeous, and special places... I spent the summer exploring them to capture the beauty and variety of Europe's most extraordinary rose gardens. Capturing the beauty of these places was the only goal. From England's Chartwell, Sissinghurst Castle, and Pashley Manor to Belgium's Hex Castle, Sangerhausen in East Germany and Westbroek in the Hague Netherlands, 2009 was a beautiful year for roses. All proceeds are to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
