About the Creator
Karen Tye spent many years of her adult life in the world of academia. Now retired as Professor of Christian Education from Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis, she has found time to explore her love of quilting and working with fabric. A love of art quilting has emerged and, though not a trained artist, she enjoys using fabric as a primary medium for expressing a thought, making a statement or telling a story. It was to this medium she turned in order to help tell the story of her grief in the loss of her husband of many years.
