I really can only say I have always enjoyed writing. These poems are the result of twenty years of reflection during walks in the woods, retreats, community events, or time spent with friends. I probably never intended to get them published but surprises never cease! I hope others may identify some of the feelings and thoughts expressed in them. Poetry is always very personal and so one cannot expect everyone to enjoy or relate to his or her poems. Happy reading!
