About the Book
I love the game of baseball . What man or little boy doesn't ? I had the opportunity to be at the final Old Timers Day at Yankee Stadium in the summer of 2008 . Other than the birth of my son Aiden , it was one of thee most amazing days in my life . You see ALL of your childhood heroes on one field . The day was a gorgeous New York afternoon and the ball park was filled to capacity . This book captures my day from start to end . I did very little text in the book , so that you could focus more on the imagery inside . The photos will speak for themselves and tell the tale of " The House that Ruth Built" .
Ive been shooting photographs for over ten years . Like every photographer , I try to show the world through my eyes , hence the title of my first book . I'm a father , so , my family is very important . I cherish those times . Photography is a great way for me to get away and relax , to find an outlet for stress and open my eyes and mind to some other things in our world . I always have a camera in my hand or in my pocket . Capturing my son playing or just shooting the world around me , those are the things I love about photography .
