Not only is this book a steal at $460 I would gladly exchange my mother-in-lay for just the loan of the book.

This book is great!
I read the whole thing for the first time yesterday and all I have to say is that everyone needs a copy! Wow! Normally I would expect to pay $460.00 for a book like this, but apparently you can get this copy for a mere $95.00! Ninety-five dollars? In an economy like this? Apparently, Yes.
