About the Book
The Jar Trees is a collection of poems that speak about the loss of a loved one emotionally and physically. It tracks the years after because no loss ever really ends. They speak about the headaches, the heartaches, the depressions and the hurts in between. How everything seems to be so much more. But, like everything in life, there must be a balance. That is the rhythm of the universe. There is healing. There is peace. And there is a chance at feeling alive again. Feeling radiant and centered. It doesn't have to stay that way all of the time and that's a part of acceptance. However, it is all attainable and these poems are intended to show you all the wholesome possibilities amongst the chaos.
