Two Hours in Franklin

Early in the morning of July 18th, 2009, fifty local photographers from in and around historic Franklin, Tennessee gathered to take part in the 2nd Annual Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk.

For two hours we scattered, on foot, to record a moment in time.

Seen through the eyes of many of the photographers that gathered that day, you can travel with us to visit this beautiful, historic and very alive small town in Middle Tennessee.

Join us for Two Hours in Franklin...

Would you believe Robin and I discovered a grammatical no-no in the text - and perfectionists that we are, we could not allow it to remain. The beauty of BLURB publishing is manifest in this minor revision before hundreds or more of this compilation of magnificent photographs are printed. In the original printing, I commented on the tremendous job Robin did by working with the volunteer photographers and securing their agreement and cooperation. I put my efforts into a 14-minute DVD of these and other shots taken July 18, 2009 as part of the 2nd Annual Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk. We were just one of over 900 locations around the globe, and our photographers were just 50 of more than 32,000 photographers who did a walk that day. Robin has built in a small margin in price of this book which will be shared by two local charities -- Graceworks and the Heritage Foundation of Franklin. The Brentwood Public Library has copies of this book - and we hope the Williamson County Library will acquire it shortly. Robin and I would like to see it in the libraries of the schools in Williamson County. If you can, spread the word. Here is where you can order it and still benefit two local Williamson County charities.
