From my Irish Italian American roots in Hoboken, NJ to cooking classes around the world, I wanted to pass on to my sons our family favorite recipes.
One look at this cookbook and I knew I would love it. It's no wonder that Megan's three boys enjoy each of these dishes. The variety of Italian meals would please anyone.
I have tried Meatballs, Rack of lamb, Fresh vegetables with honey vinaigrett,zucchini scapece style, and Medialiions of pork fillets with mustard sauce....all recieved rave reviews. I plan to try all of them.
This cook book has a personal tourch with many worthwhile suggestions.
As a Southerener I particularily appreciated the REMEMBER YOUR TABLE MANNERS. Well done!!!!!!

Unfortunately, all the comments on this book are gone. But the flavors are not.
We tried various recipes from book, Fettucini Alfredo, Teriyaki Salmon, Chicken Marsala, Broccoli and cavatelli, D'Italini and Peas and Flank Steak and just one word comes to mind-DELISH!
Megan is a wonderful cook and an incredible hostess; she throws the most fab parties.
As a Home Engineer she has made it a point to provide nutritional meals to the boys while remembering "it's gotta taste good too". Her recipes are easy to follow and the results are second to none.
I encourage you to buy the book and try the recipes, have fun and MANGE! Italian slang for "eat up". You'll be thoroughly satisfied.
