WIld Celery is an illustrated storybook about the adventures of a Celeryman (and his pals) who pulls himself up from his roots in the vegetable garden and moves into a house to live like people.

Alexandera Pendragon is an art student at San Francisco City College's Fort Mason Art Campus. She enjoys the humorous possibilities and luminous colors of watercolor. Asked about where Wild Celery originated from, she says "he just grew organically , I woke up one morning and he was there."
