'I find that being both the photographer and the photographed can be the most challenging, yet most rewarding aspect of creating an image. It allows an opportunity to not only artistically express myself, but to create a world that I wish existed; a place somewhere between dreaming and waking, where anything is possible.

Through my self portraits, the number one thing I wish to evoke from the viewer is an emotion. A memory. A feeling. If I have touched only one person through my work, then that would be enough.'
