On the beach of Scheveningen - the Netherlands, over 99 brides trashed their weddingdress for photographers MeRy (Melanie Rijkers) and Hans van Nunen of Artstudio23 in a 'mass trash the dress' photoshoot on 09-09-09. What fun we had! All the brides, divorced or still happily married, were happy to wear their beautiful 'princess' dress at least once more.

MeRy made them run into the Northsea, spray ketchup, cola and champagne on them and had weddingcake smashes into their faces. For a lot of woman it was such a fun day that they keep asking MeRy for more, even though the dress will get wrecked again. They just loved it!

In this book you can see the photos of 09-09-09. Also a lot of brides provided MeRy with their original wedding photos so in the book there's a history of almost 50 years of wedding dresses present. The oldest bride got married in 1960, the youngest only a week ago.

80 pages of fun bursting out this book, a great gift for all brides-to-be or for a wedding anniversary.
