About the Author

Korliss Sewer
rainwriter Tacoma, Washington
Korliss Sewer creates off-beat poetry and short stories through observation of the ordinary, everyday, hum-drum-type lives of ordinary, everyday, hum-drum-type people. She is usually buried under a pile of torn paper from notes hastily jotted on the backs of grocery lists. She uses writing and photography as her form of artistic expression. “Beneath The Pages,” “Uniquely Feline,” and "rainy day writers club" are three of her collections of poetry and photography. She has selected poems featured in The Sheltered Poet, The Orange Room Review, Gutter Eloquence, Guerilla Pamphlets, The Blinking Cursor, Plebian Rag, Chantarelle's Notebook, Subtle Tea, amongst others. Photography credits include: Diverse Voices Quarterly, Pequin, The Storyteller, and Subliminal Interiors. She is an English Literature graduate from the University of Washington.

EverBGreen: Thank you so much for stopping by AND voting for my book! Feral cats need as much, if not more, love and care as our indoor friends. I provide food, shelter, and medical support as needed for those unfortunate not to have access to the indoors.

We even have name for all of them! Brings humanity to those creatures who drew the short stick. We love 'em all. :-)

Sad about Ethel Marie. You've got my vote. We have new litters in the backwood of feral cats and neighbors are hoping to get them protected before the harsh winter here.
