Pirate Pete was a young mischievous scallywag who lived in the beautiful village of Fairy Beach. He dreams of one day marrying the beautiful Princess who has just arrived in the small village. It is only with the guidance of the Wise Old Fairy who lived high up in the mountains and his adventures with Old Troopy the horse, does he finally realise his dream.

About the Author

“The Pirate, The Princess and Old Troopy" was inspired by a true story about a young couple Pete and Nicole. The couple met in a small Australian tourist village. On their wedding day their story was recalled to explain why Troopy, a four wheel drive Troop Carrier was chosen to proudly take the Bride, along with her Bridesmaids, to the wedding ceremony to marry her Groom. The author has adapted the story as a gift to the couple so their story may be passed down through their descendants!

Fantastic ! Loved it ! I actually typed in Pirates & your book came up.
Great story & the fact that it was inspired by a true story makes it even better.
I have a book in the Pet Category written by my Pug daughter, Maxine & I, entitled, "How Maxine Came To Be".
Wishing you all the best ...

What a great book and amazing story. I almost thought it couldn't be true unless I'd lived in the dream and seen the magic of the real couple!
