About the Book
The color of Mexico’s waters includes some of the most exquisite blends of turquoise, greens, and blues in all of the Caribbean. Yet the beauty is not limited only to the surface. It includes the colorful sealife that makes it’s home below the water.
The photos within the pages of this book represent some of the most beloved creatures as well as the more unique and unusual flora and fauna found in Mexico’s Caribbean Sea. The Colors in Mexico’s Waters makes a terrific gift for anyone who loves and is passionate about the sea.
Schooled as a Graphic Artist, I studied photography in college but my career as a designer fulfilled my creative needs and I put the camera down for a time. In 1997 I began scuba diving, and my true passion was revealed. Diving took me places I had never dreamed and allowed me to see things I could not imagine. The desire to share those experiences led me back to photography. My award winning images have been seen in Scuba Diving Magazine, Dive Magazine UK, Wetpixel Quarterly, N.C. Aquariums News Magazine, and the 2009 North Carolina Seafood Festival Poster.
