I received my first camera, an Ansco box 120, when I was nine. I now shoot Nikon digital equipment. I have traveled most of the western and south western states in search for the wonders of nature. I have driven the AlCan highway in the month of April through snow, I have been a resident volunteer at the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge for eleven months working and shooting the winter migrations that visit the refuge. In 2011 I went on a five week journey to Alaska for the fall colors and wildlife. Camping most of the way it was a journey of a lifetime.
