i started this cookbook a few years ago, to raise funds for the ALS society. it has grown into a document showing my progression in my battle with ALS. the pictures we show are of family and friends as we go through this journey. it reflects all the good times we have had and shows life is not over when faced with the tragedy of a terminal illness. any proceeds we may acquire will be donated to the ALS society.

Thanks so much for your kind comments, we really appreciate the support. The ALS Society in BC has helped us extensively over the years by providing resources; information as well as much needed equipment. This can become quite costly as ALS progresses and needs increase. The staff is wonderful too....always supportive and dedicated.

What great recipes and for such a good cause. The photo's are very special as are the interesting recipes. To take the time during his illness must have been extremely rewarding and yet difficult. The personal touch regarding family and friends is a wonderful legacy. I hope many, many copies are sold. I am going to buy a least one for my slef and give more as Christmas gifts. Join me in supporting the ALS Society.
