About Book
Tulips are closely associated with Holland, the country of clogs and windmills, where the flower has been cultivated since the late 16th century.
Holland produces about 9 billion flower bulbs annually and the tulip has become one of Holland's main exports.
Tulips are often considered the "perfect" flower. Their colors, form and grace are without equal. It is also a "happy" flower, cheerfully reminding us that spring has arrived.
I hope you enjoy this book.
Albert de Bruijn
