Terésa Dowell-Vest is a writer, director, filmmaker, photographer, teacher, and student of the world. She enjoys many expressions of art and is thankful to share this colorful experience with so many people.

Director, writer, actor (stage and film), production designer (film). Worked on stages in New York City, Virginia and Los Angeles. In 1999, she wrote Vinegar Hill, a play commissioned by Live Arts Theatre in her hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia. Vinegar Hill was reviewed by the Pulitzer Prize board in 2001. Recently, Teresa directed the short film "Stuck" starring Monique Currnen ("The Dark Knight", "The Fast and the Furious") and Erika Ringor ("Love and Basketball"). She was recently featured in a two page article about her superhero series "Genesis" in the premiere issue of Cinematiq, a new filmmaker's magazine.
